In response to a post on the YAHOO thread, I called TBRL and spoke to Peter Bedzyk (COO). He said the original comments that the SEC had made in late April/ early May had been resolved. Based on the answers provided by TBRL and GBFC, the SEC had more questions about accounting procedures and some terminology used in the agreements. Mr. Bedzyk said he doesn't anticipate this delaying the merger by very much, but he also said the SEC is VERY SLOW in there turnaround of issues. Mr. Bedzyk said the last set of SEC comments were received last Thursday and that answers should be ready NLT tomorrow. Mr. Bedzyk also stated most of the questions had to be answered by GB and not by TBRL.
