David- Q has provision against a non friendly takeover, however with the proposed spin-off things may be easier. See: biz.yahoo.com Although an ericy takeover may make a lot financial sense, I seriously doubt Q's management could stomach it with all the history behind the two. Personally, I always thought LU may be interested. Hopefully if you call 'em, you've got to put your $ into them, so we can all argue while drinking rum and eating mangos on a 70 ft sailboat on the way to St. Lucia. Caxton
