Good point ron, I don't think you can just change the name.. and order the stock back. But, if the stock records are hopelessly lost could the SEC determine that a new list needs to be re-created and a notice be given to all those short to cover within 30? days or so. I think the only people short are the MM's? I couldn't be short if I wanted. I don't know anything about this. Hell, the transfer agent didn't even know how many shares were out. Regarding bankruptcy dilution, it's usually not as bad as 1 share for 20. I posted the other day that Work Recovery is offering 3 for 10. Aloha
