All I'm saying is that in my research of current information publicly available there is no direct tie in with the shorts and the SEC. Most of the SEC's investigation has not been revealed. There are however many peculiarities.

Ozals 5/06/97 meeting with Tipman coincides with the publishing of the SEC staffer attributed derogatory statements in the Edmonton Sun. As you may recall SEC subsequent silence in correcting this public statement led to a steep decline in the stock price and the company's ability to raise money or find a partner.

In a letter to the SEC from Solv-EX attorneys date 5/14/97:
"We do not believe that the staff members with whom we have dealt have intentionally acted to damage the investing public. When Mr. Cheney and Ms. Ozals were shown the Edmonton Sun article last week by Solv-Ex counsel, Mr. Cheney replied: "I knew this would happen."" In retrospect the attorneys may have been too kind in their beliefs.

There are other peculiarities in the Alanco - Solv-Ex investigation. On what basis was it started? How was the WSJ, Baron's, & CNBC able to announce it's existence ahead of the start of the (supposedly secret) investigation? There are a number of blocked out entries on the NASD logs that make SEC references. For instance on 4/02/97 "spoke to Bruce Ketter of the Securities & Exchange Commission" the next 7 - 8 lines have a marker penned out.

The truth is out there.
