Bill, Possible signed contracts, on time with schedule... plus good management (one of the important signs of good OTC stocks) is exactly what my position is based on. Many signs are there for this to happen and until such a news is released the stock is going to be inexpensive for good (buy) or not so good (quick profit). Radim
