Good Afternoon Rudy,..Re:<<Compaq Takes the Lead in Notebook PCs>> Impressive news about CPQ taking the lead in notebook PCs and apparently somebody likes it today since they are up 3.04% at this time (10 min delayed quotes) vs Dell's 1.64% gain. Also, this market growth for CPQ is very impressive - captured 17 percent of the portables market in the U.S., representing growth of 55 percent year-over-year. Now that IDC data is out, when do you think we will hear about Dell's impressive gains in the same market? What if Dell does a 104% gain yr/yr and ups their percentage of market share? Then it will be Dell's turn to rally and maybe the rally will be more impressive since the beta is almost 3 times that of CPQ? Just wondering, especially since I know you would benefit as well.
