Question: How can VNSR call assets appraised at a higher value equal to earnings???? Earnings are net profit, not appraisal values? Anyway you know about jewelry appraisals: BS, you buy it at an appraised value of $4,000 and when you try to sell it you get $500! So appraisals don't mean squat, its what they SELL it for and then you calculate earnings/profits after expenses. RIGHT??
