I have 2 questions:

1) Is there any news pending that we can expect out soon?

2) If and when the reverse split happens, what are everybodys thoughts on the price of the stock. If it is 1 for 10 that will take my total below 5,000 shares. I am concerned that with no positive news the price could be back below a dollar after the split.
