Scott, re:Puts

Have you established a hard stop for your puts? Are these puts against NDX? If so, NDX looks strong today, bucking any downside pressure. If closing the position is not an option [no pun], have you considered selling lower strikes (or nearer series) to hedge?

When I'm long puts waiting for a sell signal, sometimes I'll hedge and release the short side once the sell trend becomes apparent.

JMO, Good Luck.
