And hell yes, they are literally advertising for plaintiffs.

I think that most folks are smart enough to see lawsuits like this for what they are Scott. Yeah, it might end up costing CAWS some market price on Monday, but you said it yourself - CAWS actually held up fairly well in the face of all the crap that hit the fan today.

CAWS needs the BANX deal clarified real soon.. CAWS doesn't need to be preoccupied with a frivolous lawsuit at this point. It needs leadership, and it has to come from BANX.. If it doesn't, BANX is going to screw themselves.
