Was Jim Bond's calculation of EPS = $0.78 for the quarry on a pre-acquisition basis of 6.6 million shares or on a fully diluted post-acquisition basis of 6.6+25 = 31.6 million shares ?? Makes a big difference. I had no idea there would be that much dilution of BXS stock (see Msg # 28 from Solid Play).
