See post 124 from F.S. Wang. I do not know him and have not seen him post here before but, he was kind enough to share what is apparently the content of an abstract outlining Phase III results IDEC is to present on DEC 6th. He posted this about the time members of ASH were supposed to recieve it so I assume it was his copy. IDEC had strong movement that day and continues in an upward trend. There is no public news to my knowledge and so I can only assume this abstract has caused the recent interest. According to F.S. Wang 60% total remission was observed and indeed, this is in line with results released some months ago in an earlier study (66% total remission). Stock was down on some incorrect press in my opinion. Last study release on this drug caused an impressive climb in this stock. I have no reason to believe this will not happen again and at least some may agree with this in light of the recent improvement in IDEC stock.
Anyway, I believe this is, in a nutshell, what is going on in my opinion. Welcome to the thread. If you hold IDEC or plan to, there are some very informed people here and it will make interesting reading for you I am sure to go over some previous posts.
