It's called a reverse split, and would necessitate new certificates at some point. Some people who have wallpapered their bathrooms with these certificates, would obviously not destroy the precious artwork just to get a certificate for less shares. The point is that you may never get all the certificates back. But it might make some people nervous. JILTED
