All... a tidbit... Nextwave Chapter 11

 As most C- and F-Block personal communications services auction winners picked one of the
FCC's four debt restructuring options yesterday, NextWave Telecom Inc., winner of the most
C-Block licenses, went into Chapter 11. Responding, FCC Chairman Bill Kennard asked Congress
to make clear the licenses "are public assets, not private property." The Department of Justice
appealed the General Wireless Inc. bankruptcy decision, which made Chapter 11 attractive.
