Gary remember these days: believe 10/98 is when the MIDLP converts to common. The warrants expire in 2001.
Check the SEC filings if you wish to verify.The buy for long term holders is MIDLP
which will convert to 35 shares of common on 10/1/98. At $4.75 for the preferred it
works out to about 13 1/2 cents per share.

what a ride this stock has been and continues to be.
