Dear CK, Glad to see the tiff with jd2 was short lived. Got to have some fun. I couldn't help reading with interest extolling the virtues of getting the ISO 9000 rating. The only reason I comment, is because when talking to other manufacturers on a variety of products, they all seem to say that they do ISO 9000 as a matter of course. Didn't seem like a big deal to them. If you would care to elaborate... I was under the impression that sales to particular segments of the government require the rating. Help! JILTED and I'm Still Out (more than) 9000
