I truly believe that the latest PR was intentionally done that way to shake the weak hands. Think about it, the one prior had all these glorious numbers and future earnings potential.
With this 8000 acres they could have stated millions of tons in recoverable bituminous coal, but they didn't. I'm sure they did not acquire 8000 acres to build a small city, they had a good estimate of what is there. The next release will have the numbers for the 8000 acres and then watch out.
If 2600 acres = $100,000,000 - $170,000,000
than 8000 acres = $ 300,000,000 - $500,000,000
