JFO - SNNT has 50 million authorized. Synthonics has 50 million authorized. The last vote they had showed about 14 and a half million votes, so the amount issued is probably not much more than that. Float is really less than 3 million, and a lot of that is held by insiders. The April 28th SEC filing is in preparation for Nasdaq listing. They expect approval within 60 days. Lots of news rumored to be coming (today's 2-D to 3-D movie conversion is just one of many things). I expect big things to happen anytime from today through July.
