Regarding the AOL thing........ Dan S. posted the major arguements that have come up on the Fools board in AOL. The report is out there, however it's merit I would seriously question. Dan did an outstanding job responding to the trash piece. Ernie, I feel for you pal, but thats the breaks associated with investing. You know this whenever you buy any stock from MRVC to Pepsi. I was disappointed with earnings as many others, thus the stock price drop. You can call it what you will, but investors were expecting more as we always seem to do. All the PR in the world will only be an artificial jump that will immediately go back to or below the level before the press release. An example would be the last press release. Immediate jump one day and back down the next. The company is currently PRing MRVC like they never have before. Because you see no announcement of this other than the posts on the board that have been in contact with the IR department, that does not mean they are not working on PR. It does not happen overnight, though most of us would like that. It essentially will all come down to the next quarter. We will see drops and jumps in price until then, thats a given. We all have to deal with it. If a person decides they are going long in the company and feel this level is a fair price, act accordingly. If a person feels they are overvalued and cant go with the story from the company, act on that accordingly as well. what possible good can come from a series of posts saying I am selling this and PR is lousy? Your point is made and taken. Its time to carry on with your life partner. We have all been on the short end of the stick, and somehow or another we have learned to deal with it.
