CNET reviewed 24 cameras a few weeks ago. I tallied up which cameras had CompactFlash and which had Miniature and which had nothing or other (e.g. floppy). It's about an even split between CompactFlash and Miniature. On the bright side, of the megapixel cameras, CompactFlash did better. Of the 2 which were picked by CNET as the best, neither used CompactFlash.
