That statement came from RATCOM. If you look closely at the S-8's, you'll see that his deal was $25,000 or 25,000 shares. Looks like he only got 20,000 for his analysis for due dilligence purposes. Looks like a pretty standard fee for a guy whose opinions seem to be respected.

Let's contrast this with Dr Hank Lee who got 2,925,000 shares to sell this machine all across the US. Could only sell 50,000 per week starting 2-16-97 (wink wink). As far as I have been able to ascertain, no one from DNA operation has ever talked to Dr. Lee or have heard of him for that matter.

Don't get too bent out of shape over 25,000 shares. Charlie probably gave people more for shining his shoes, or possibly shellacking his cane.
