Just finished a conversation with Rick Brodzik. Very encouraging to speak with him. He has a very good understanding of what is happening to his stock in the BB world. Here's some of the highlights of our conversation... Correction to the PR: Should state .923 troy oz. of gold per ton. The .923 troy is equilivant to 1.2 metric oz/per ton. Will be in full production on the Konkouree River mine by Dec of this year. Said that the rainy season is just beginning (June-Aug and goes through November). Estimated the short position in ALDM stock to be about 1.6 MM shares. The name change is going out to shareholder vote within the next couple days. Knew that without a doubt it would pass. Mentioned the name African Resources, Inc. Also mentioned that there was a "complete game plan" in progress. Mentioned that they are in the process of getting some type of a convertable offering out for shareholder vote. The convertable offering consisted of offering preferred shares for outstanding common. Said this would be very rewarding for current shareholders. Also said that this would be the equilivant of calling in all of their shares and would force the shorts to cover. I don't fully understand all he was saying, but he did say he couldn't go into further detail at this time due to inside info. regs... He also said that they are working on some additional joint venture deals, including some acquisitions of producing mines. Currently ALDM does not have any producing mines. Also said that within the next few days they would be announcing that the signed up a PR firm to handle all of their PR information. Info about their Form 10 filing: Just finishing unaudited financials, audited financials should be out within 30 days, Rick said "sooner rather than later". ALDM has offices in Nevada and also Toronto... Hope this helps... Scott
