Steve, I did not know being a director for one company prevented you from buying stock in another company. You can buy, if you do it with no non-public knowledge that is or could be considered material. You are also allowed certain windows of time to buy and sell. For example, 30 days after an earnings release. Check with your company lawyers, I'm sure you could find a window to buy in. As far as selling, you need not worry, because you'd hold it for a LONG time. Congrats on the promotion. LF
