The original news release states the word "acquire" not buy back, purchase, buy out or any of the normal wording used ... You can acquire something but that does not mean neccessarily with money. remmeber Dan acquired the shares he did not buy them, Midl acquired a client list but did not buy it. Now that leads me to believe along with the last line "reducting" means a retirement of thos shares which means no one is going to own them. Last night I talk to ALan Markoff about the wording and I maybe be wrong but the wording to me is extremely important. Most people do good to read the news release much less look for the wording for possible leads to what is going on. What I get for being a poet of words. GB
