HI Gary,

Anywhere to get some training 101 on level II? I'm staring and watching, fun yes, but how do i use it to my advantage....must i just stare longer...lol. any help or direction would be appreciated. i know the basics of the mm's and what they do, but not sure how to read the movements on level II.
