Some of the things you're saying make a lot of sense even if you sometimes contradict yourself slightly. Certainly hanging on every word that drops from the sky can be counterproductive, and our virtual discussions can veer off into virtual reality and retain little connection to the murky real world.

You're contradicting yourself a little though when you say simultaneously that CDMAone will not be stranded no matter what happens, which I actually agree with, and that Q should not "bastardize" is95 to comply with a standard of dubious merit, although this is perhaps merely rhetorical.

That's very interesting what you're saying about available spectrum..

I guess the way you've characterized your questions to Qualcomm outline pretty well the framework of a compromise.
