I got a package last week from CORC about a shareholders meeting on or about June 18. With this was a proxy card to vote for or against the buyout. It's important to return the card with your (FOR) vote. The directors cannot vote your shares and a majority is needed to complete the deal. I believe immeadiately after this vote, if a majority is FOR, the shares will trade hands!!!! (at $13 and not at the discounted price it still trading for).
