I just got off the phone with the lawyers paralegal, he is at CVIA now and she made it sound like he has the corporate records... mind you this is what SHE SAID. Cleve will be sending out an email tommorro to everyone, guess we all be on pins and needles until then, the CVIA appeal is at 1 pm CST Thursday........... Thats all she said along with Cleve wont be back this afternoon, so save the calls. KAA
