If (when) the excitement of the story reasserts itself, CCSI will move north. Developmental companies like this (which, by definition, aren't going to have revenues) are basically event driven. The stock price of a company like this (and many hundreds of similar ones) is related to the glow of future prospects. When the glow is dimmed, the price droops; when the glow brightens, the price perks up. Moreover, I think the bears have pretty much used up their communication ammunition. All they can do now is reiterate what everyone already knows they've said, while a bullish case from this apparently meek company (re PR anyway) is still open to a host of positive possibilities.
