George. Can I ask where you are getting these tidbits of information?

A few questions if I may:

What does the company mean by "not to distant future"? Target dates please.
How are they profitable in a balance sheet format?
Are they producing revenue to offset liabilities?
How much product are they selling to who to produce these profits?
Can the company provide a list of both profitable and UNprofitable companies that Behre Dolbear and CMP Group have worked with, to include references?
Is a list of expenditures made toward mine improvements available?

I'm not being a smartass here George. This is my due diligence and these are questions and documents that any potential investor should ask. The only SOLID and CONFIRMABLE information and input I have to this date about PTHR is a first hand experience with the CEO, and it was not a pleasant one. And I did my DD with his other company and the written and verbal responses to my questions to him and Penny looked GOOD. Hence the reason I ask for sources and confirmation to your statements.

I apologize George, but I will NOT give it a rest. I am also NOT trying to single handedly put PTHR into ruins, only ensuring that ALL sides are presented. Not just the smoke and mirrors and rosy promises of people who's sole intention is to promote their own cause. Those who would prefer not to listen to the opinions of a former shareholder in this CEO's other failed company can simply NOT open any posts that I make.
