The bid is up almost 10 cents in the last week or so , accumulation is obvious by watching the trading and looking at the trade reports. This stock is moving up IMO. No one is unloading either they are using limit orders in most cases which is also good. WE are also a little higher then the double out point from the low of 15. The stock is working through this IMO very nicely. I dont think it is anyone person just part of a liquid market,with increasing volume.
