It happened than. Reality Check was right on the issue of money for dd(as in many others). Sure this has dented John's profile in my opinion. Antares bought a nice deal in SPE for this $2M. happily only for the part of the the prospects. Dilution is huge at this point but without other options I guess I have no choice but like it. This 20% in Mizek and K&A is not exactly what I have in mind as choice of participants. On the other hand as a shareholder it is a sign of quality of SPE, that in those tough times ANZ finds SPE attractive enough to spend their funds on it. Regards Robert
