As I had stated gently in my earlier posts, the non-invasive blood instrumentation industry has had somewhat of a sordid past. First, there was Futrex, then BICO, and now, if you are willing to believe Asensio, CCSI.

For those of you still believing in this company, do yourself a favor and take a long look at the history on each of these companies (BICO and Futrex). Should Asensio be correct, these histories will provide a look at the future for each of you holding this stock. A must-do due diligence for anyone who remains long on this stock.

I personally believe CCSI is going to go down in history alongside these names in scandal and convey my sincere apologies to each of you who have hung in this long. Many others who believed the story from Futrex and BioControl suffered the same losses and disappointment. You are not alone.

Continue to demand aggressive action from CCSI management. At this point, it is the only defense you have.

Where does the stock price go from here. I believe the latter half of today's stock action was due to the shorts standing back, letting aggressive believers jump in with more cash, followed by greedy investors looking for a quick buck jumping in at what they think will be the low. Tomorrow, the shorts will be back to collect new money and will repeat their tried and true shorting formulas until there is no more cash to be had. This will take many days and as long as the price remains low, time is on their side to get out. I expect a close tomorrow slightly below $5.25. Any other guesses?

I also do not expect that the deal will be announced in time to save many from this fall in price. If anything could have been announced, the board should have taken the move to make a full disclosure of the deal at present irregardless of the deal or the point to which negotiations have reached; the investors in this company are owed no less! Where is it, Darby? Why the silence? Any chance at a rebuttal to Asensio from you Darby? You can at least speak out against the 'charges' against you!

Best of luck!

Rockin' Robin
