Ok Brian, here it is in a nutshell

1st Tom talked about the primary revenue producing services INFE provides

A. Employee leasing-outsourcing of human resource and payroll type departments. I assume this would also include IT contract programming such as IBM and State Dept.

B. IT carreer net. Internet based resume and "matching" service. They will hotlink employer sites direct to job offerings so that candidates can go directly to the company. INFE gets a placement fee for this. They get a 1-5k per year based on the size of the employer to hotlink.

C. Banner advertising on the IT career net site.

D. Sale of resume management software. for $2400. It wasnt clear, or I am an idiot, but I beleive this is a value add when subscribing to career net. SO revenue from this are probably not as substanital as the aforementioned revenue sources.

2nd he talked about the contracts of which we are all familiar so I wont waste your time. STate Dept with 8a firm and IBM through Alternative Resources Corp.

3rd he talked about competition

He mentioned Accustaff, Administaff and Vincam (sp)

4th Key differentiators

The employee leasing to Governements is a "huge market" he says, and is enjoying much success in this market.

IT staffing on the internet. He believes INFE has a leg up on others who do their screening the old fashioned way.

5th Growth

Goal is NASDAQ by year end

100M in revenues

They are also on the acquistion trail.

6th Growth obstacles

Meeting funding requirerments for Acqusitions
Systems Infrastrucure, which he beleives is adequate to absorb more business and manpower.

7th Investing in INFE

Just said to take a look at Accustaff, Administaff and Vincam. They enjoed exponetnial growth and that is where INFE is headed. THis is a chance to get in on the ground floor.
