I bought at 18 yesterday and TNCR jumped 7% and it's up some more today. I want to buy more but I am wondering if it is safe to wait for it to settle? I noted that several semi equipments were off yesterday (AMAT, Lam, KLIC & KLAC). (I just mention that because I like being able to say KLIC & KLAC.)
