One System vs Many

The main objective is to save money via multimonitor set-up
on one computer.

As I read more about Win '98 I'm becoming more comfortable
with that OS decision.

I am currently set on the ASUS mb. Is there a 100mhz AMD-type mobo
that either has 5 pci slots or 4 pci and built in ethernet card?

I am currently looking at the various graphics cards for the
multimonitor set-up. #reply-4660057 One highend and 3 other ones. I'm trying to decide on how much RAM and what kind
is needed (edo, sdram, wram, sgram) per card to run a 17"
monitor with good viewing. Ram Dac is also an important consideration. Everything I do is 2D. Maybe I ought
to buy a 3D game sometime and try it out - I'm scared
at what that would do to my life since I'm on the computer
a great deal anyway. <g>

Thanks,
S.W.
