Local CBS TV affiliate in Raleigh, NC, tonight did a short piece on y2k and did not mince words. Talked about the possibility of 10 to 20 percent of small businesses going under and the impact on the economy, etc. Even mentioned Russian threat since their military computers will probably not be compliant.

First time I've seen this sort of thing around these parts though the local paper has brought it up several times. Should scare the dickens out of a lot of folks. Looks like the pot is beginning to boil.
