Bob K,
Do not think it is that important, except from a psychological point of view. Some dealers were looking for 5 to 10 %. However, if it spooks producers to hedge on rallies, the move up will be slower than it would have been otherwise.
If the Dutch selling ends soon ( or has ended ), we go up. The end to the EMU related CB selling is the short term key to the gold price, in my opinion.
