james..... few weeks ago, i did copy and post the article on this thread to "2000 date-change problem..." .....if u have the latest info about TPII, i will copy it and post it again on "2000 date-change..." or maybe u can visit that thread and post some info about TPII at the mean time, i think your right, they hit the bottom and the shorts are slowly covering....hopefully some good news be release soon so that we can have force some panic covering but at the mean time i think its time to dollar cost avg.....if we have some extra cash!! cheers. just a thought... foOLish eL.........
