Elmo:

I believe that freerealtime was in error today, as I remember seeing their average trade size being very small in the a.m. too, which didn't make sense, as large trades of 25K, 50K, 100K and higher were passing through. I've tried to cross check with the yahoo minute intraday chart, and this one seems to indicate that trades were in the larger size or normal size for large volume days. Typically I've been seeing avg. trade sizes of 1,200 to 2,200 shares on days that large trades are mixed in with lots of 200, 300, and 500 share trades. Otherwise, imagine 5000 people trading 100 and 200 share trades of NOVL today?? I just don't think that happened, or that there are that many people who own NOVL and decided to unload their shares today. However, I'd appreciate anyone else's take on this. Even IFMX's avg. trade size was low today too on this service, while most look to be accurate, in the 1,000 to 1,500 region.

Here's the link to NOVL chart on Yahoo for anyones reference.
