Robert, the good news is that SPE will have the money to further develop the property. We both know what happens to companies when they run out of cash; work stops. The bad news is the dilution of course, and some of the contrary opinions about what has, and hasn't been done as far as DD. It would be good of John to clarify some of these issues. To keep the project alive, he had to make a deal. Hugh
