Not sure who makes the camear head which also includes the speakers with echo cancellation hardware. The Codec is whoever you want, be it VTEL, CLI, PTEL, or someonelse (really depends on how fast you need it to run such as 1 BRI (128 Kbps) up thru T1 (1.544 Mbps). Basically they use off-the-shelf products with their line driver. If you wanted to use your own camera head and audio you can do this too. You can bring in external video such as security cameras and regular TV signals also.
