On the contrary Don, we do have a say. We have 100M shares authorized and as of last week there were 99,580,474 out according to the transfer agent. So we will have to authorize more stock at a shareholders meeting. The company knows this and with probably over 20M share proxy (have not done a recent count) we can voice our opinion. BUT as jp said we are by far better off now than before. The question in my mind is how much will we have to authorize and what will be the amount given out to the new company and others, as I am sure there will be others. Optimistic Larry
