I have been asking myself the same question for a while. I can come up with three reasons:

(1) Multimedia companies (based on CD-ROM) in general have suffered greatly since the early 1990s due to competition from the internet.

(2) Small companies have not done well in this market.

(3) There are extra risks associated with a foreign company whose sales are also international. Although EDUSF does not have much exposure in Asia, the market penalizes foreign companies in general.

I believe that EDUSF will go up from here. Speculators will jump in again before the next earnings release.

Frank, any new thoughts or news in general?
