"Citizen" as one who has gone through the entire process of obtaining ISO certification in a manufacturing environment, I agree that it is a big deal to get it and keep it. I also think that as far as sexi goes it has very little bearing, they have chosen a manufacturer (supposedly) which is ISO certified....SOE does not make the system, if they make a design change it is for the manufacturer to implement it. ISO to me right now is the least of their worries!
