Stock is down because ATIS decided with Goldman not to appear at H. CARE CC since their is no new news from the FDA. They were suppose to appear today. Company feels, till FDA final approval inst. are not interested, that's what GS told them. Plant is ready for reinspection now. Sounds like G.S. wants inside info about FDA discussions and ATIS won't play ball. Well I guess GS clients can buy now or pay higher after FDA. GS must be looking for riskfree stocks for their clients. Sorry Goldman, were all on the same playing field with ATIS.
