Nope...don't think you have a legal case here IMO: Read the first paragraph carefully everyone...the one before the list begins:

"Thanks to the Stock Detective's vigilant readers and a bevy of stock promoters,

investing. All them may not warrant full Stinky Stock status, although we're sure a few
inevitably will come from this list. Until they reach that benchmark, Stock Detective

them apart? Take your pick: volatility, high volume, wild price swings, outrageous
claims, a stack of vacuous press releases, or maybe a share price that doesn't
seem to add up from the sum of the company's parts."

It says this info comes from "TIPS" from vigilant readers and stock promoters AND that not all of the stocks named may even deserve to be given what they call "full stinky stock status", which is basically a disclaimer...IMO. It reads simply as a "red" flag warning to new investors to do their DD before investing.

Don't worry about it...
