That was an excellent post Lilian. Perhaps, the "Winds of Change" will carry your points and the rest of ours to someone who can effect change. The issues of tagging insider trading and requirements for inclusion to the TSE indexes should have been resolved already, if the exchange had the investor's interests in mind.
