A friend has asked me to post this message for him on SI:

I know this site is relatively quiet at the moment but there still remain a number of RCG shareholders that are still active and probably need to gain some insight on the latest developments. I encourage each and every RCG shareholder to comment on this site regarding the merger with Global Research Network (GRN). PLEASE POST YOUR INFORMATION HERE FOR ALL TO SHARE.

I reviewed the Management Proxy Circular and I have to be the first one to admit that it is complicated. Very complicated. But, I called RCG today to get some questions answered and to be honest, I liked what I heard. I truly believe that this transaction is going to fly. By far, it is a much better deal for shareholders than the SCITECH fiasco. Take a look at the principals of GRN. Pretty impressive.
Depending upon response to this post, I would like to continue the RCG
discussion. Here is something to consider also: Clinical Research Organizations are fast becoming well accepted in the market place; Here are a few symbols of some other CRO's currently traded. Look up their symbols and I think you will be surprised at what they are trading for:
CCRO
CHRX
AAII
IBAH
KNDL
PPDI
QTRN
CVD
THE ABOVE TRADE IN US DOLLARS

THE FOLLOWING IS ON THE TORONTO:
PHX
