Second hand news regarding ABQ Bankruptcy Hearings Yesterday's hearing regarding Disclosure plan, which will lead out of bankruptcy. Kalamur even though they have gotten the Reg. S shares is attempting to enforce a penalty clause for -+ $500,000. Judge has asked for pleadings. Trade creditors get paid out at 100%. Guess would be 1 - 4 weeks till approval of plan. Today's SEC hearing. SEC attended by telephone and argued closely to previous filings regarding injunction. Very little new, judge taking under advisement.
